Terms of Use

The rules of the road.

Effective April 3, 2026. These terms govern access to BCzap Connect — accounts, acceptable use, and BCzap Pro subscriptions.

01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BCzap Connect, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02Eligibility and accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • interfere with the operation or security of the service;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • use the service to upload or distribute unlawful or harmful content;
  • reverse engineer or misuse the service beyond rights allowed by law.

04User content

You remain responsible for the content you create or store in BCzap Connect, including links, locations, contact entries, notes, and profile data. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and share that content.

05Free tier and paid subscription

BCzap Connect may offer a free tier with usage limits and a paid subscription tier called BCzap Pro. The current plan may limit the number of links, locations, or contacts for free users, while paid subscribers receive expanded or unlimited access to eligible features.

06Subscription terms for BCzap Pro

  • BCzap Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription unless cancelled.
  • Pricing is shown in the applicable App Store or Google Play storefront at the time of purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Any free trials or promotional pricing are subject to the store terms shown at purchase.

07Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the store through which you subscribed.

08Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time — including feature limits, plan structure, or functionality — provided such changes comply with applicable law and store rules.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or if required for legal or security reasons.

10Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BCzap Connect is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page.
