Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and BCzapconnect LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 2106 House Ave Suite 591, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States ("BCzap", "we"), for the BCzap Connect app, the website bczapconnect.com and web profile pages (together, "the service"). By using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Who can use BCzap

• You must be at least 13 years old. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, people under 16 need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• You may not use BCzap if you have been banned from it before, or if the law where you live forbids it.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Google or with Sign in with Apple. Keep that account secure; anything done through your BCzap account is your responsibility.
• Your BCzap ID is permanent. Don't buy, sell or transfer accounts or IDs, and don't pretend to be someone else.

3. Your content

• You own what you add: your profile, photo, links, places, groups, proposals, Crew posts and applications ("your content").
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy and show your content only as needed to run the service, and only to the people your settings allow. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep as described in the Privacy Policy (for example reports).
• You confirm you have the right to share your content, and that it follows these terms and the law.

4. Rules: zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

You must not use BCzap to post, link to or send:

• anything illegal, or anything that sexualises or endangers minors;
• pornography or sexually explicit content;
• hate speech, or content that attacks people for who they are;
• harassment, threats, bullying, stalking or doxxing (sharing someone's private details);
• violent or graphic content meant to shock;
• spam, scams, phishing, malware, fake giveaways or misleading links;
• content that impersonates a person, brand or organisation, or infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy.

You also must not break, overload or probe the service, scrape it, get around limits or security, or access other people's accounts or data.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We may remove content, hide links, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

5. Reporting and blocking

• Any profile or link can be reported from the app (⋮ → Report). We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours: we remove it and, where needed, remove the account that posted it.
• You can block anyone. Blocking hides you from each other and removes you from each other's contacts.
• Links from websites we don't know are reviewed before other people can see them.
• You can also write to support@bczapconnect.com.

6. Collaborations, Crew and hiring requests

• Proposals, Crew opportunities and hiring requests are between users. BCzap is not part of any agreement you make, does not employ anyone, does not check people, offers or payments, and does not process payments between users.
• Only share the contact details you are comfortable sharing. Be careful with requests for money or personal documents, and report anything suspicious.

7. Free plan and BCzap Pro

• Free plan: your BCzap ID and QR code, 10 links, 5 places, unlimited contacts and Insights for the last 7 days.
• BCzap Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription: unlimited links and places, 30- and 90-day Insights and your top links. The price is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; the steps are on our Support page. Deleting your BCzap account does not cancel a store subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
• When Pro ends, nothing you saved is deleted or hidden. You keep everything; you just can't add more than the free limits allow until you remove items or subscribe again.
• Promotional or invite codes are free, have no cash value and can't be exchanged or sold.
• We may change the plans or limits in the future. We will tell you in the app before a change that reduces what you already pay for, and the change applies from your next billing period.

8. If you downloaded BCzap from Apple's App Store

These terms are between you and BCzap only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app (product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims); BCzap is. You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. government embargo or on a U.S. list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these terms don't cover something.

9. Changes to the service

We may change, add or remove features. If we stop the service completely, we will tell you in advance where we can, so you can save what you need.

10. Ending

You can stop using BCzap and delete your account at any time (My Profile → Settings → Account & app → Danger zone → Delete account, or see Delete your account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect users or the service.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated here, and we don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content from other users is accurate or safe.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BCzap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD 50 and the amount you paid us for BCzap Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims there. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem.

14. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the effective date on this page and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using BCzap after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
