Delete your BCzap account

You can delete your BCzap Connect account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent and can't be undone.

In the app (instant)

Open My Profile and tap Settings.
Open Account & app.
Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Can't open the app?

Email support@bczapconnect.com with the subject "Delete my account". Write from the email address of the Google or Apple account you sign in with, and add your BCzap ID if you know it. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, tell us your BCzap ID. We reply to confirm, then delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in, profile, BCzap ID, profile photo, links, places, groups, contacts (in both directions), bookmarks, proposals, Crew posts and applications, notifications and their settings, push tokens, Insights events, subscription records on our side and redeemed codes. Other people's own content is not deleted.

What we keep, and for how long

Reports made by or about you, the admin audit log and link-moderation history: 2 years, for safety. A deleted person's report keeps only their BCzap ID.
Short-lived abuse counters: hours to a few days.
Store purchase records: kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel BCzap Pro. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first: see Support.

Delete only some data

You can delete any link, place or group in the app (⋮ → Delete) without closing your account. To have us delete something specific, email support@bczapconnect.com with the subject "Delete my data".
